You will be the primary technical point of contact for local installers and homeowners, ensuring their transition to clean energy is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Provide professional assistance for home storage inverters via phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Customer Excellence: Handle inquiries from installers and homeowners with exceptional patience and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Rapid Learning: Complete our intensive product training program and stay up-to-date with our latest energy storage solutions.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Work with international teams to support product quality and market expansion.
  • Local Presence: Occasionally represent the company at Canadian industry events or travel to the US for advanced training.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Language: Native-level English speaker (clear, unaccented communication is essential for this role).
  • Traits: Fast learner, highly organized, and calm under pressure when handling customer complaints.
  • Work Environment: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with a professional home office.
  • Mobility: Valid passport for occasional travel to the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Starting at CA$ 65,000 per year.
