Role Overview

They will be supporting reporting for our Technology Asset Inventory (TAI) Project and helping improve our overall reporting suite.

Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members?

Will be part of the ASK Portal Team. Our goal is to be a 1 stop shop for ITSM Metrics. You will be focusing on our TAI Project building reports.

What is the break-down of the team s skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.)?

Currently 8 team members - 4 OGA Engineers with backgrounds in Tableau and software engineering. Two US Based Engineers 1 Senior 1 Lead. 1 Lead Technical Product Owner. 1 OGA based Tester.

Develop new reports using Tableau

Help Improve our existing dashboards

Partner with Product owners to understand requirements for dashboards

Help improve our inventory of dashboards

Participate in operations actives and agile meetings

Required Qualifications:

Strong background in Tableau report development.

Ability to make complex data sources for reporting

Strong SQL any Python experience

Experience with ITSM concepts and ServiceNow.

Experience with CMDB or Asset management

Required AI Skills:

• All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.

-Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.

-Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Tableau dashboards

Create complex data sources and write strong SQL

Use Python for data tasks

Work with Product Owners to gather dashboard requirements

Support reporting for the Technology Asset Inventory (TAI)

Participate in daily Agile activities

Use approved AI tools regularly to improve productivity

SKILLS

Must have

• * Tableau report development. 5+
• SQL 5+ years
• Python 2+ years
• ITSM concepts and ServiceNow.
• Ability to make complex data sources for reporting 5+ years

Nice to have

Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM metrics

Strong dashboard UI/UX design

Knowledge of other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)

Cloud or ETL experience

Additional leadership/mentoring exposure
