Performing internal quality control procedures and daily QC checks
Maintain Quality documentation as per lab policies and procedures
Perform maintenance of laboratory instruments/equipment
Maintenance of laboratory raw data and computer database
Perform and maintain appropriate quality documentation for Proficiency testing
Monitoring and comply with the biomedical Waste management procedures
Critical value reporting & read back confirmation
Daily testing of samples, Report entry
Following the TAT as per the standards
Data entry into the dash boards
Storage and discarding samples according to retention period
Outsource samples test Management support to the Senior laboratory Technician
Trouble shooting of equipment problems and reagent problems
Inter instrument comparisons
New reagent or kit lot verification and shipment verification
Reagent or kit stock maintenance& issue
Microscopic examination
Patient data entry into the accession register
Ensure compliance to all accreditation guidelines, ISO 15189, NABL 112 and policies and procedures as laid down in the Quality documents pertaining to the laboratory.
