Role Description The Sales Executive/Manager – GovTech Consulting & Key Accounts role is a full-time position based in Delhi. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities in the PSU, government and public sector, managing key accounts, and promoting Luminous Infoways World’s GovTech products, AIML offerings, proven solutions and consulting services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with government departments and agencies, understanding client requirements, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, and participating in tendering and RFP processes. The role also involves building long-term relationships with stakeholders, coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, and monitoring account performance to meet revenue and growth targets.

The Sales Executive/Manager will track market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments in e-governance /Public sector to inform sales strategy and support the expansion of the company’s footprint across target regions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including experience in B2G or enterprise sales, PSU sector, opportunity identification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Knowledge of GovTech, e-governance solutions, and IT consulting services, with the ability to translate complex technology offerings into clear, value-focused propositions for government clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proposal writing, documentation for bids/RFPs, client-facing demos, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
  • Ability to understand the primary business requirement & collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (technical)
