We are the dedicated engineering and estimating support partner for a New York-based

Contracting Company, managing $500M+ contracts in cutting-edge, high-profile

developments.

You’ll join our growing team in Hyderabad, India, where your expertise will make a real

difference.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with our US-based project management and estimating teams to deliver high-

quality bids and tenders:

 Review bid plans, specifications, and tender documents.

 Take off all quantities and items of work for projects, including identifying special items

affecting pricing.

 Research and incorporate rates from subcontractors and suppliers.

 Prepare competitive bids, including Bill of Quantities, unit rates, exclusions, and special

contract features.

 Ensure alignment with CSI divisions and industry standards.

 Use advanced take-off software and tools to optimize accuracy and efficiency.

 Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and mentor junior team

members as needed.

What We’re Looking For

 Civil Engineering degree from a reputable institution.

 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction estimating and quantity

surveying, preferably for general contracting (GC) companies.

 Proven track record of preparing competitive and detailed bids for large-scale

commercial projects.

 Familiarity with CSI divisions, tendering processes, and U.S. construction standards.

 Advanced proficiency in:

o On-Screen Takeoff, Planswift, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.

o Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.

 Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and estimation practices.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Leadership, persistence, and problem-solving ability.

 Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Important Details

 Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site only. No remote work.)

 Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
