In this role, you will own the manufacturing processes for optical products, improve tooling strategies, and conduct failure analysis. Your engineering background, combined with hands-on experience in assembly and equipment setup, is essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Own optical assembly processes, including wire bonding
- Design and lead assembly tools and jigs
- Perform failure analysis and execute corrective actions
- Enhance processes with statistical control methods
- Collaborate on product transfer for manufacturing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering field
- Experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments
- Familiarity with assembly techniques and tools
