Senior Learning Designer Opportunity

Transform learning practices as a Senior Learning Designer. Develop engaging and effective learning solutions that support diverse professional audiences in a hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this senior role requires managing end-to-end learning design projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders to create immersive, adaptive learning experiences that align with organizational objectives. Your expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design will be essential to the team's success. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality blended and digital learning programs
• Create user guides, eLearning courses, and trainings
• Analyze learning needs and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success
• Collect and analyze post-training feedback for improvements Requirements:
• 5+ years in instructional design or similar roles
• Experience with comprehensive learning initiatives
• Strong skills in using authoring and management systems
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Degree in Instructional Design or relevant field Drive innovative learning solutions that elevate performance and engagement across all levels of the organization.
