Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><br>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Review electrical and mechanical schematics, create test cell layouts for instrumentation, low voltage, and high voltage circuitry.</li> <li>Conduct verification and validation tests for power electronics systems, ensuring compliance with industry and requirements.</li> <li>Design and set up test benches including jigs and fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems for performance evaluation.</li> <li>Strong hands-on and trouble-shooting skills in testing, verifications and validation of power electronics systems, including the use of lab equipment (battery simulators, power supplies, E-loads, scopes, etc.).</li> <li>Capability to analyze root-cause of the power electronics system and drive R&amp;D activities independently.</li> <li>Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors, or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in power electronics development and testing preferred.</li> <li>Solid understanding of power electronics fundamentals.</li> <li>Good hands-on experience for hardware test and validation.</li> <li>Familiar with various equipment (force gauge, thermocouples, power supplies, multimeter, hi-pot tester, etc.)</li> <li>Knowledge of automotive and industrial environmental reliability requirements (GMW, ISO, IEC standards).</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
