This position leads advanced data science initiatives, guiding teams to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions and actionable insights that directly support national security missions. What You'll Do * Lead teams applying data science techniques to cybersecurity challenges. * Oversee development of predictive models, ML algorithms, and advanced analytics

• Deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders and warfighters. * Spearhead data engineering and management efforts. * Mentor junior staff and define requirements for advanced analytic approaches. * Stay current on AI/ML and LLM advances to strengthen mission outcomes. Do You Have What It Takes? * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph . * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent. * 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, AI/ML, or advanced data science. * Expert knowledge of data visualizations, large language models (LLMs), and ML techniques. Preferred: * Cybersecurity and mission operations background. * Leadership or technical project management experience. * Agile methodology knowledge (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
