Job Description
Work extensively with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules Manage and configure Core Human Capital Management HCM processes related to compensation Design develop and maintain advanced compensation structures and workflows Create and generate advanced reports to support compensation analysis and decisionmaking Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation data integration Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation and reporting in Workday Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices in compensation management
Roles and Responsibilities
Implement and configure Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules according to business requirements Develop and maintain advanced compensation plans eligibility rules and approval workflows Build and customize advanced reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders Conduct testing and validation of compensation configurations and reports Provide training and support to HR and compensation teams on Workday functionalities Collaborate with cross functional teams to align compensation strategies with organizational goals Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for compensation processes and reporting.
