We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professional with 10+ years of experience in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating organizational risks at a group level. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic business decisions through effective risk governance practices.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization.
- Identify strategic, operational, financial, legal, and compliance risks affecting the business.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and maintain enterprise risk registers.
- Design risk mitigation plans and monitor effectiveness of control measures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure risk awareness and compliance.
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and Board Committees.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor business continuity planning (BCP) and crisis management processes.
- Support internal audit and compliance teams in strengthening governance frameworks.
- Review SOPs, policies, and internal controls to minimize operational risks.
- Analyze emerging risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Facilitate risk workshops, control self-assessments, and awareness programs across departments.
- Collaborate with leadership teams for strategic risk-based decision-making.
Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at corporate/group level.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
- Experience in handling operational, financial, legal, compliance, and strategic risks.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to corporates.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in real estate or diversified group companies will be preferred.
