Audit Risk – Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage internal audits, risk assessment, compliance, and governance activities across the organization. The role will work closely with business teams to strengthen controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage internal audits across functions and business units.
• Review internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Track closure of audit findings and ensure timely action from stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve governance and control processes.
• Annual Audit Planning: Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Periodically update the audit plan based on emerging risks or business changes.
• Perform periodic control testing to ensure ongoing effectiveness of key controls.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on risk, controls, and compliance matters
• Develop dashboards for audit findings, risk indicators, and compliance metrics.
• Review and update internal policies, SOPs, DOA and governance documents to ensure alignment with best practices
• Conduct awareness sessions for employees on internal controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Good analytical skills to review data, identify risks/issues, and suggest improvements.
• Follow up on audit observations and work with teams to ensure timely closure of action points.

Key Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, governance, compliance or audit functions.
• Strong understanding of audit, risk management, and governance practices.
• Good knowledge of internal controls and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in IT industry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• CA is Mandatory
