Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven PHP Full Stack Lead (PHD Lead) with strong expertise in PHP development, API integration, and Azure cloud services .

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development initiatives, drive system integrations, and mentor a team of developers while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development & Delivery

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using PHP and modern full stack technologies
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications
• Participate in architecture and solution design discussions

2. API Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Integrate third-party services and external systems
• Ensure secure and efficient API communication across services

3. Cloud & Platform Engineering (Azure)

• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure
• Work with services such as:
• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure Storage
• Optimize cloud usage for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

4. System Integration & Architecture

• Drive system integration across multiple platforms and microservices
• Contribute to microservices-based architecture design
• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems

5. Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
• Provide guidance on design patterns, performance optimization, and troubleshooting

6. Quality, Performance & Security

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Ensure adherence to security standards and coding best practices

Required Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong hands-on experience in PHP development
• Solid experience in Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend)
• Expertise in API development and integration (REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
• Good understanding of system integration and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in frontend technologies:
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Frameworks such as React / Angular / Vue
• Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL , or similar
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems
