Job Description
We are hiring a Dispatch Supervisor for our clothing company. The role involves managing warehouse operations, inventory, and dispatch of garments, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, and dispatch
\n
- Manage dispatch planning as per orders and delivery timelines
\n
- Maintain accurate inventory records (finished goods & packing materials)
\n
- Supervise picking, packing, labeling, and shipment process
\n
- Ensure proper folding, tagging, and packing quality of garments
\n
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams
\n
- Manage transporters, courier partners, and dispatch documentation (invoice, e-way bill, etc.)
\n
- Monitor stock movement, FIFO system, and space utilization
\n
- Conduct regular stock audits and reduce stock mismatch
\n
- Ensure warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards
\n
- Handle a small team of helpers/workers
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
\n
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/dispatch in garment or clothing industry
\n
- Good understanding of inventory management & warehouse processes
\n
- Basic knowledge of Excel / billing / ERP systems
\n
- Experience in handling couriers, transport, and order dispatch
\n
- Solid coordination and team handling skills
\n
\n
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
\n
