Production Merchandiser- Garment Industry

We are looking for an experienced Production Merchandiser to manage end-to-end production activities for men’s wear garments. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between buyers, sampling, production, quality, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery with required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle production merchandising from order confirmation to final shipment
• Coordinate with buyers for order details, approvals, and timelines
• Follow up on sampling, fabric, trims, and accessories approvals
• Prepare and monitor production plans as per delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments: cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and QA
• Track daily production status and ensure on-time completion
• Ensure quality standards are met as per buyer requirements
• Resolve production issues related to fabric, fit, workmanship, or timelines
• Maintain production reports, order sheets, and follow-up records
• Coordinate with stores / dispatch team for timely deliveries

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion / Textile / Garment Technology
• 2–5 years of experience as Production Merchandiser (Men’s Wear preferred)
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes
• Experience in handling multiple styles and bulk orders
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel and production tracking formats
• Knowledge of quality standards and compliance is an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
