Job Description
Are you a proven CPG sales leader with deep Costco experience and a track record of driving profitable growth? A globally recognized consumer products company is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead one of its most strategic customer relationships while helping shape the future of its e-commerce and emerging channel business.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role where you'll have full ownership of the Costco Canada business and significant influence over key growth initiatives across ecommerce and emerging channels. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations while serving as the primary commercial lead for these strategic channels.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the overall Costco Canada business and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
- Building strong relationships with Costco buyers and key stakeholders.
- Managing annual business planning, forecasting, promotions, pricing, and item launches.
- Leveraging data, analytics, and category insights to identify opportunities and drive performance.
- Supporting growth initiatives across ecommerce and emerging retail channels.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to execute strategic priorities.
- Presenting business recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Progressive experience in National Account Management or Retail Sales within the CPG industry.
- Direct experience managing Costco business relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, trade investment, and profitability management.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct reports.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with e-commerce channels is considered a strong asset.
