CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic Customer Success Specialist who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers navigate projects from quotation through completion. Every day you'll collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and our overseas manufacturing partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll help customers select products, answer technical questions, coordinate projects, solve challenges, and ensure every project is delivered with the responsiveness and professionalism that defines our company.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
· Build lasting relationships with customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and internal teams.
· Become a trusted product expert for a highly customized product portfolio.
· Coordinate customer projects from quotation through shipment.
· Resolve challenges quickly, professionally, and proactively.
· Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance.
· Help improve processes while creating an exceptional customer experience.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, learning new products, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, proactive, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
· 3+ years of B2B customer service, customer success, account support, or related experience.
· Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
· Technical aptitude and a desire to learn complex products.
· Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
