RCSS 200 Taunton Rd W, Whitby, ON L1R 3H8 is seeking a Customer Support representative reporting to the Asset Protection team. Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the friendly faces who greet customers as they enter, offer assistance, and contribute to a positive and safe shopping environment. You'll collaborate closely with other store colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. Support for you at Loblaw goes far beyond a pay cheque.   • Provide exceptional customer service and support, acting as a welcoming first point of contact for all customers and colleagues.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide guidance, including supporting a seamless customer flow at store entrances and exits.
  • Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards (e.g., spills, wet floors) to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to any urgent situations, escalating as needed to ensure customer and colleague well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with store teams and customers.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a natural talent for making connections and building rapport.
  • A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour that puts customers at ease.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure and provide assistance during challenging or urgent situations.
  • Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
