AI / NLP Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate AI / NLP Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, and Python-based AI frameworks.

You will work on building and improving intelligent systems that process and analyze large amounts of text data, including language models, text classification, and information extraction systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NLP and machine learning models
• Work on text processing, information extraction, and language understanding
• Build AI solutions for text classification, summarization, translation, and search
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning and NLP models
• Work with large datasets for model training and evaluation
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI models into applications
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in AI / NLP / Machine Learning
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with NLP libraries such as:
• NLTK
• spaCy
• Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with ML frameworks such as:
• PyTorch
• TensorFlow
• Scikit-learn
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts
• tokenization
• embeddings
• named entity recognition
• text classification
• Experience working with large text datasets

Good to Have

• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
• Knowledge of Deep Learning for NLP
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
