To achieve this, we need robust, stable backend systems capable of sustaining intelligent automation at scale.</p> <p class="ds-markdown-paragraph">As a <strong>Senior Software Engineer, AI Specialist</strong>, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and evolving the backend system that powers our AI agent for Customer Success.
