🕒 24×7 Rotational Shifts (US/UK) | 100% WFO

📍 Training: 2 Months – Mysore

🔹 Skills: Basic IT Support, Office 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, VPN & Networking, ITSM/ServiceNow (preferred)

🔹 Role: Provide L1 support, log & manage tickets, troubleshoot basic issues & escalate to L2
