• Active Directory (Password Reset / Account Unlock)
• Azure AD & O365 Exchange – Basic Knowledge
• Outlook, Shared Mailbox & Distribution Lists
• MS Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive Troubleshooting
• Windows OS & MS Office / O365
• Basic Networking, VPN, TCP/IP
• iOS, Android & Windows Device Troubleshooting

🤝 Strong communication & problem-solving skills required.
