Requirements / Skills:

· Design and build scalable, user-facing features using React and TypeScript

· Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management

· Excellent fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and Sass (SCSS)

· Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant web applications

· Growth mindset with experience driving experimentation, conversion, and engagement

· Ability to translate product and UX requirements into measurable frontend outcomes

· Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Data teams

· Strong communication skills and ownership mentality

· Experience applying AI-powered capabilities to real user flows

Comfortable With Tools

· React (Hooks, Context, functional components)

· TypeScript (strict typing, generics)

· HTML / CSS / Sass

· Feature flag platforms (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or equivalent)

· Analytics & experimentation tools (event tracking, funnels, A/B testing)

· API integration (REST and/or GraphQL)

· Testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress)

· Modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, or similar)

· Version control (Git, PR-based workflows)

Has To Have

· Strong hands-on experience with React + TypeScript

· Proven experience working on growth or experimentation initiatives

· Experience implementing and managing feature flags

Experience instrumenting and validating analytics events and funnels:

· Close collaboration experience with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data teams

· Ability to ship features iteratively and safely using data-driven decision-making

· Strong frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, accessibility, performance)

Nice To Have

· Experience with AI-powered UI features (chat, recommendations, AI search, copilots)

· Experience with Next.js, Remix, or SSR frameworks

· Familiarity with experimentation design and statistical basics

Some Node.js or BFF experience

· Experience building or contributing to design systems

· Exposure to performance monitoring or error tracking tools

· Background in high-growth, product-led organizations

Years of Experience

• 6+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
• 2+ years working on growth, experimentation, or data-informed product initiatives
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading frontend initiatives is a plus

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
