Sales & Accounts Manager
We are currently hiring a Sales & Accounts Manager.
Little Mushroom Catering is seeking a Sales & Accounts Manager to focus on growing corporate business and managing high-value client relationships.
This role is responsible for proactively identifying and developing new corporate clients, as well as managing and growing relationships with existing high-frequency and high-revenue accounts.
Unlike front-line inquiry handling (managed by our Lounge, Front Desk, and Wedding Coordinator teams), this role is focused on outbound relationship development, account growth, and long-term client retention.
You will play a key role in increasing corporate catering revenue, strengthening repeat business, and ensuring that high-value clients receive consistent attention and service.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Corporate Business Development
● Proactively identify and pursue new corporate catering clients in the defined catchment area
● Build relationships with offices, associations, and organizations that align with LMC services
● Conduct outreach via email, phone, and in-person relationship building
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate accounts
● Convert new corporate relationships into recurring catering clients
Key Account Management
● Manage relationships with high-frequency and high-value existing clients
● Ensure consistent engagement with repeat corporate accounts
● Monitor ordering patterns and proactively support continued business
● Identify opportunities to expand account volume and frequency
● Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned key accounts
Account Growth & Retention
● Strengthen relationships with clients who regularly order catering or generate significant revenue
● Ensure high-value accounts remain active and well-supported by creating proposals in our CRM for
specific events, encouraging confirmation of events and follow up post event
● Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
● Maintain strong communication to support long-term retention’
CRM & Pipeline Management
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records in the CRM
● Manage the events in the CRM by creating proposals and follow up with clients for specific events
● Track outreach activity, account status, and growth opportunities
● Manage a structured pipeline of prospective and active corporate accounts
● Ensure all key client interactions are documented and current
What We’re Looking For
Experience
● 1–4 years experience in sales, account management, hospitality sales, or business development
● Experience managing client relationships or corporate accounts is an asset
● Familiarity with CRM systems (or ability to learn quickly)
Core Strengths
● Strong relationship-building and communication skills
● Comfortable with proactive outreach (email, phone, in-person)
● Organized and disciplined with follow-up and account tracking
● Able to identify opportunities and act independently
● Professional, confident, and client-focused
● Consistent and reliable in managing multiple accounts

● Experience in corporate catering, hospitality sales, or B2B services
● Understanding of corporate decision-making and procurement processes
● Experience working with repeat clients or account portfolios

Success in this role means:
● New corporate accounts are actively developed and added to the business
● Existing high-value clients continue ordering regularly and increase order volume
● Strong, consistent communication with key accounts is maintained
● Corporate revenue grows through repeat business and new relationships
● The CRM contains accurate, up-to-date account activity and pipeline tracking
● Opportunities are proactively identified and converted into revenue
Compensation
● $55,000 – $60,000 annually (40 hours/week)
● Employer contributions to the Health Spending Account after successful completion of the 3 month
probation period
● Full-time role within a growing hospitality and catering business
