• Pay: $3,000 - $8,000 per month (Base on Performance)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, cloed Saturdays & Sundays

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify, confirm, and help resolve customer concerns
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
• Ensure technicians clearly understand customer needs
• Clearly explain recommended services and repairs to customers
• Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain communication throughout the service process

What You'll Bring

• Automotive service experience
• Communication and customer service skills
• Time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to type and enter repair orders
• Computer skills and understanding of cost calculations
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
