Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for all educators and

instructors from diverse disciplines with LearnPress and H5P skills globally

and Canada and the US locally. LiteLern instructors create, design, and deliver

online courses of multifarious subjects and topics for all prospective

learners, using digital tools; LearnPress and H5P in particular, to create

engaging and dynamic courses including PPS, Keynote movies, pdf files,

questions of various genres, quizzes, and tests, assessment programs, interactive

lessons, and a large number of various interactive H5P activities. Additional

responsibilities include assessing student's progress via assignments and

tests, adapting teaching strategies to individual needs, and maintaining a

dynamic course environment that facilitates both learning and acquisition.

Qualifications

We highly welcome individuals with high practical computer

skills and high level of creative stamina and endurance to work independently

and with the peers.

· Strong proficiency in one's major and discipline including but not limited to ESL Teaching, Psychology, Psycholinguistics, Sociology, Business, Linguistics, Language Assessment, Research Statistics, Management, Sports, Religion, Kid’s education, Finance, Medical sciences, and Philosophy.

· Experience in Curriculum Development and designing engaging coursework for diverse learner groups both online and offline

· Experience with LearnPress and H5P, or similar digital learning tools, to deliver interactive and effective lessons

· Excellent communication, organization, and student engagement skills

· Past experience in Developing, preparing, and delivering syllabus and assignment development in various educational settings

Compensation

Upon the approval of your credentials and practical skills,

you will be asked to create a sample short course first. We will be with you

throughout the process of creating the first sample course using LiteLern

course creation protocols. Then you will be considered as the LiteLern

instructor and will initiate the procedure to sign the instructor’s contract to

start creating your courses online. For your information, our commission

structure is 60/40 in favor of the LiteLern Instructor.
