About the role

We're seeking an exciting creator and leader to join our team in managing content creators, visual artists, and influencers to shape the future of Liquid. You'll own how Liquid shows up across social channels and new formats, and play a central role in shaping the story that brings the next generation of traders to Liquid. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts, operational awareness, and experience working directly with creators to drive immense impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and swiftly onboard a portfolio of high-velocity creators, artists, and influencers who can authentically represent Liquid
• Build deep long-term relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact
• Design and run repeatable creator programs and campaigns that drive growth in signups, funded accounts, and volume
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and GTM to translate product launches and narratives into creator-ready concepts and briefs
• Analyze and record performance rigorously across channels, reporting what isn't working and what is, and where to double down

Qualifications

We do not believe that viral prowess is correlated to age, or previous experience.

• A proven track record of successful content creation, coupled with the previous experience of managing your own creators

What we prefer

• A trading, crypto, founder, or finance background
• A proven track record of successful content creation (social, video, or other formats) with examples of work that performed meaningfully above baseline
• Experience managing or coordinating creators, agencies, or influencer programs, end-to-end
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, creator economics, and what makes content travel, whilst keeping up with the trends
• Comfortable with working with data and basic performance metrics to inform decisions

Our interview process

We do not believe in traditional interview processes, and a practical experience is better for us to gauge your experience.

Work trials are paid generously and we may fly you out to New York City to integrate with the team and the office. For this application, please expect a higher chance to attend an interview with us in-person at our office in SoHo, Manhattan.

Compensation and benefits

$90,000 – $240,000 USD

Base salary is not only one of our total compensation package at Liquid, which also includes early equity, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, wellness benefits, transportation to-and-from office, and fully compensated lunch and dinner.
