Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Customer & Product Support Specialist to join our technical support team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in IT support, computer networking, and customer service within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will assist clients with technical issues, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and contribute to maintaining high-quality support services across various Linux-based systems.
Duties
- Provide product & technical support to customers via email and phone, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers with product functions and features and Best Practices policy deployment.
- Maintain and build customer relationship
- Troubleshoot computer hardware components and peripheral devices in a Linux system.
- Product testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with customers to provide effective solutions and ensure a positive support experience.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and Linux environments.
- Basic knowledge of common Linux command line tools
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and document issues accurately.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures accurately.
- Previous experience in help desk or IT support roles is desirable but not required.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
