Job Description
We're Hiring: Yoga Coach (Women's Health) at Health Icons Club
Salary: Rs. 10,000/- per month
Sessions: 6 classes/ week. 1 class per weekday.
At Health Icons Club, we help women resolve endometriosis and adenomyosis at the root cause. Not by managing symptoms, but by addressing the actual systems that drive them. Over the last few years we've helped hundreds of women reverse cyst growth, regain pain-free cycles, and conceive naturally after years of being told it wasn't possible.
We're now hiring a Yoga Coach to join our delivery team and own the movement and breath pillar of our 3-month transformation program.
About the role
You'll work directly with women aged 25 to 49 dealing with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and related reproductive conditions. Your job is to design and deliver yoga protocols that genuinely shift the underlying drivers of their condition (pelvic congestion, fascial restriction, nervous system dysregulation, and hormonal imbalance), not generic flow classes. The women in our program have typically tried 3 to 8 different treatment systems before finding us, so they're educated, skeptical, and looking for someone who can credibly explain why a specific posture or breath pattern matters for their body, not just instruct them to do it.
What you'll do
- Design condition-specific yoga protocols for women with endometriosis, adenomyosis, and hormonal disorders, building progressions that account for where each client is in her cycle, her current pain levels, and her stage in the program
- Run live group sessions and 1:1 sessions for our active client cohort, holding space for women who often arrive with years of body distrust and need to be coached gently back into a relationship with movement
- Build a movement progression system that adapts to client cycle phases and pain dials, so the same client gets a different protocol in her menstrual phase versus her ovulatory phase, and a flare-up week looks different from a stable week
- Collaborate closely with our Senior Psychologist (Hiya) and Lead Dietician (Preethi) to deliver a fully integrated protocol where movement, mind, and nutrition reinforce each other rather than compete for the client's attention
- Document client progress and contribute case studies to our growing body of clinical evidence, so the work you do becomes part of HIC's institutional knowledge and not just one-off sessions
You're a fit if you have
- 3+ years teaching yoga, with at least 1 year focused specifically on women's health, hormonal health, or therapeutic yoga where you've worked with clients managing real medical conditions and not just general fitness students.
- Working knowledge of pelvic floor anatomy, menstrual cycle physiology, and the autonomic nervous system, with the ability to explain to a client why a specific intervention is going to help her body do what it's trying to do.
- Training in modalities like Yin, restorative, hormone yoga therapy, or therapeutic yoga, with certifications valued but actual competence valued more, because we'd rather hire someone who has helped 50 women than someone with five impressive certificates and no track record.
- Comfort working remotely with structured systems, SOPs, and reporting tools, since our entire delivery happens online and the role requires showing up consistently inside our operating cadence.
- Genuine belief that the body knows how to heal when given the right inputs, because that conviction comes through in how you teach and is what our clients need to feel after years of being told their body is broken
Bonus points for
- Experience working inside a coaching or program-based delivery model where outcomes are tracked over weeks and months, rather than just leading drop-in studio classes where you never see the same student twice
What we offer
- A full-time, fully remote role with the flexibility to design your own teaching schedule around our client cohorts.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience, with clear performance milestones that unlock additional upside as you grow with the company.
- The chance to work alongside a senior team that's obsessed with client outcomes rather than optics, where every team member is hired for their craft and held to a high standard.
- Real client transformations that you can point to for the rest of your career, because we document everything and the women you help will become living proof of your work.
