The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the same or similar role
• Familiarity with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular is a plus
• Ability to work within or extend existing framework-based frontends when applicable

Your Daily Tasks

• Work within WordPress and a custom PHP-based CMS platform to build and enhance site functionality
• Connect front-end UI to backend code and dynamic data sources
• Integrate front-end UI with backend systems built in PHP and MySQL
• Modify, extend, and maintain existing website features, templates, and CMS modules
• Develop and maintain custom tools, components, and reusable CMS-driven systems
• Develop and integrate advanced custom features and backend systems that support and enhance front-end UI functionality
• Support performance optimization initiatives including caching strategies and MySQL query improvements
• Implement and maintain SEO-friendly markup, including Schema.org structured data tagging where appropriate
• Maintain working knowledge of server environments to assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Provide support for more complex troubleshooting requests and technical escalations when needed
• Support deployment processes and release workflows across staging and production environments
• Test changes in development and staging environments before production release
• Follow established coding standards, naming conventions, and project structures
• Work with Git-based workflows and version control systems
• Participate in QA processes and assist with troubleshooting complex functional bugs
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver solutions aligned with project requirements
• Communicate clearly regarding task status, timelines, blockers, and technical considerations
• Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and platform updates as required
