This role will be based in Chicago or NYC.

As a Global Enablement Lead, you are responsible for driving high-impact, scalable field enablement solutions for the Global Business Organization, supporting our LinkedIn Sales Solutions business line. Solutions include go-to-market sales and customer success and services motions, skills development, product launches, in-person onboarding experiences and other key global business priorities.   

Responsibilities:    

  • Own the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous evolution of LinkedIn Sales Solutions' in-person onboarding experience, ensuring world-class new hire readiness through ongoing program optimization, stakeholder alignment, and quarter-over-quarter enhancements based on business priorities, learner feedback, and performance outcomes 

  • Act as lead subject matter enablement expert for large, complex, multi-quarter and multi-year sales initiatives requiring learning programs and change management to enable the field    

  • Work closely with partners within enablement (Learning Design, Sales Performance Consulting, Program Operations) and across the company (Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing) to develop and recommend seamless, comprehensive enablement programs that are grounded in our core sales skills and are aligned to business goals    

  • Align all programs and initiatives with key business priorities and performance targets.    

  • Use analytically driven insights to evaluate, validate and optimize programs based on business impact    

  • Ensure effective change management and communication strategies are established across programs, including regionally, to ensure increased awareness and adoption, buy-in and engagement across the broader Enablement and Sales organizations.    

  • Communicate up and across, ensuring global leaders have awareness and understand impact of programs, and provide Sales Performance Consulting team members with the necessary tools to activate your programs across regions and segments   

  • Leverage AI and agentic technologies to streamline enablement planning, content development, workflow automation, and field activation, reducing friction and helping Sales and Customer Success teams work more efficiently in the flow of work. 

 

Basic Qualifications:   

  • 3+ years of experience leading complex multi-stakeholder enablement programs   

  • 5+ years of experience in related fields (Enablement, Onboarding, Sales, Sales Management, Consulting, or L&D)   

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Leads with Operational Excellence: Creates clear priorities mapped back to business objectives, manages effectively under tight deadlines, and ensures clarity for all stakeholders.  Drives operational processes and structure through scoping, executing, reporting and analyzing program impact    

  • Leads Through Change: Successful record of leading organizational change. Experience leading change for sales preferred.   

  • Leads in Decentralized Environments: Previous leadership success in highly decentralized organizations, which require collaboration, consensus, and a high degree of influence to be successful.   

  • Demonstrates Business and Sales Acumen Extensive knowledge of B2B sales processes, skills, and tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, predictability, and scalability   

  • Learning program design and management: Experience with the design and build of learning programs including exposure to creating learning objectives, learning experiences, and program management.    

  • Experience managing relationships and partnering with cross-functional teams to roll out large enablement programs at scale   

  • Brings Innovative and Creative Mindset: Experience in bringing creative, out-of-the-box solutions to drive innovative and engaging enablement programs that solve for the skill requirements needed in the most effective way.  

  • AI-Enabled Enablement Experience: Experience using AI, automation, and emerging agentic technologies to scale enablement, simplify field workflows, and drive behavior change tied to business outcomes.

The pay range for this role is $117,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
