Senior Frontend Engineer

Curately.ai is building next-generation AI-powered recruiting software. We are redefining how recruiters search, evaluate, and engage talent using AI agents, semantic search, real-time evaluation, and voice automation.

This is product engineering at scale.

You’ll be building high-performance, data-heavy applications used by staffing firms and enterprise talent acquisition teams.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

You will architect and build complex, high-performance frontend systems including:

• AI-powered search interfaces handling large datasets
• Real-time filtering, sorting, and evaluation UIs
• Data-dense tables with advanced interactions
• Complex state management across multi-module applications
• Highly interactive dashboards
• Animations and micro-interactions that elevate UX
• Design system architecture and component standardization

You will own performance, architecture, and frontend quality.

🔥 What We’re Looking For

We want a smart, product-minded frontend engineer who thinks beyond “build the component.”

You Must Have:

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Deep expertise in React + TypeScript
• Experience building large-scale, production React applications
• Strong understanding of rendering performance and optimization
• Experience handling heavy data UIs (tables, filters, dashboards, search results)
• Mastery of component composition and reusable architecture
• Strong knowledge of:
• Memoization
• Virtualization
• Lazy loading
• Code splitting
• Bundle optimization
• Network optimization
• Experience improving frontend latency and perceived performance
• Ability to translate Figma/design systems into pixel-perfect implementations

• Experience building SaaS B2B products
• Experience building AI-driven or search-driven applications
• Experience with advanced animation (Framer Motion)
• Experience building or maintaining a design system
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
