Job Description
Role Description We're looking for a hands-on senior analytics engineer to drive product and business decision-making through rigorous analysis, experimentation, and insight delivery. This is a part-time, hourly engagement where you'll work independently across cross-functional teams, turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Technical Requirements
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R
Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and quasi-experiments with sound statistical methodology
Ability to define, validate, and implement metrics end-to-end within data pipelines
Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Skilled at working with large, complex datasets using statistical, causal, and exploratory techniques
Experience building analytical artifacts: queries, dashboards, and leadership-ready readouts
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
Background in product analytics, marketplace, or business strategy contexts preferred
Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows is a plus
