We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager who can scale Meta advertising campaigns and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget allocation
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and performance optimization
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for growth
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, hooks, and landing pages
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign planning and execution
- Track daily ad spends, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and performance marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads
- Prior experience in D2C / ecommerce / beauty-wellness brands preferred
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and funnel optimization
- Experience managing high-budget Meta campaigns with proven ROAS growth
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools
- Understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven content
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
