Job Description
Product & Lifecycle Marketer
India (Remote)
Type: Full-Time
Swym sits on one of the richest seams of shopper intent data in retail. There is an incredible amount of untapped value waiting to be unlocked, and we need a strategic architect to help our merchants realize the full power of the Swym ecosystem.
We aren't looking for a cog in a machine; If you thrive in dynamic, evolving environments and love the challenge of building infrastructure from the ground up-writing sequences one hour and modeling AI segments the next-you’ll find your home here.
Across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX, the work is built around AI agents, automated workflows, and tools that execute tasks autonomously while humans drive strategy and sign-off. Write at Scale with AI: Co-author content with AI by directing agents to generate first drafts, iterate on tone, and test variants, applying your sharp human editorial judgment to ensure top-tier quality.
Move beyond manual logic. Use AI to analyze merchant behavior data, identify engagement patterns, and execute hyper-precise targeting.
Focus on building self-improving systems that run reliably, freeing your time for high-leverage strategic calls.
You build for long-term compounding returns.
Ability to make strong data-driven decisions even when briefs are incomplete or priorities shift.
Experience: 4–5 years in lifecycle, email, or product marketing (or a combination), with a proven track record of building from scratch.
Hands-on mastery of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Intercom, Customer.Experience building advanced AI workflows (chained agents, automated pipelines).
A strong eye for data metrics (activation curves, feature adoption rates).
Marketers who treat AI as an optional shortcut or a nice-to-have.
Siloed marketers who prefer to stay strictly in their lane rather than collaborating across growth and product.
People who wait for a manual playbook to be handed to them.
Months 1–3 (Foundation): Have at least three custom AI workflows materially driving your throughput and output quality.
Agents research, draft, audit, and execute. Humans make strategy calls, write the final word, and own the outcome.
In this role, that means your time isn't spent on manual sequencing, reformatting campaign briefs, or pulling engagement reports by hand. You'll be close to product decisions, close to customer conversations, and close to the data. The brands Swym serves are at the front edge of a structural shift in retail. First-party intent data is becoming the only reliable signal in a post-cookie world. Swym sits at the centre of that shift with 49,000+ customers, 500+ agency partners, and a data moat that widens every quarter.
Email and lifecycle marketing is how we make sure every merchant in that portfolio understands the value sitting in front of them and keeps coming back for more. We’re a close-knit, fully-remote crew that never forgot our scrappy startup roots. Our data-driven culture is built around making our merchants the heroes of their own stories.
