We are looking for an experienced IT Collaboration Engineer to manage and support enterprise collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace . The role involves handling email infrastructure, automation, identity management, and supporting large-scale collaboration platform migrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in email systems, scripting automation, identity management, and collaboration platforms with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email & Messaging Administration
  • Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and email infrastructure.
  • Create and manage distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and mail flow rules .
  • Troubleshoot email delivery issues, routing failures, and mailbox problems .
  • Configure SMTP relay, forwarding, and email permissions .
  • Manage email security issues using Mimecast .

2. Collaboration & Workspace Administration

  • Administer Google Workspace (Google Admin Console, Groups, Calendar) .
  • Support Google Workspace migration from Microsoft 365 environments .
  • Manage Google Groups, collaborative inboxes, and calendar sharing .
  • Configure Google Voice Auto Attendant and call routing .

3. Automation & Scripting

  • Develop PowerShell automation scripts for user lifecycle management.
  • Automate license management, access provisioning, and system audits .
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs .

4. Identity & Access Management

  • Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) users, groups, and permissions.
  • Configure Microsoft Teams external access and collaboration policies .
  • Support Slack access provisioning and troubleshooting .
  • Manage user identity updates via JumpCloud .

5. Mailbox & Storage Management

  • Monitor and resolve mailbox storage issues and retention policies .
  • Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and mailbox lifecycle .
  • Troubleshoot issues related to mailbox archiving and storage limits .

6. Calendar & Resource Management

  • Configure conference room calendars and resource scheduling .
  • Manage calendar permissions and sharing policies .
  • Resolve calendar conflicts and access issues .
