Job Description: Customer Support (Non-Voice Process)

Compensation: Salary up to INR 4.2 LPA
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (5 working days/week)
Role Overview: CS (Non-Voice) will be responsible for backend risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and data verification within a banking/customer support environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transaction monitoring to detect suspicious or fraudulent activities
- Conduct risk analysis on customer accounts and financial transactions
- Execute data verification and validation processes
- Review flagged cases and escalate high-risk issues
- Maintain documentation of findings and actions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (any stream)
- Basic banking knowledge required
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
