Customer Support - Voice Process - Remote Shift Timings - 9.00pm to 5.00am IST
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Voice Process Associate to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve complaints.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
