The Role:

We're hiring a Content Writer to craft narratives that help C-suite executives understand enterprise AI transformation. You'll write cold emails, thought leadership, and insights that position Techolution as the authority in Full Enterprise Automation. This isn't copywriting for clicks. This is copywriting for boardroom conversations, where clarity meets impact.

Details:

Location: Remote-first

Reporting: Directly to Marketing & GTM Lead

Performance Reviews: Monthly KPIs, continuous feedback (agile methodology)

Monthly Pay: ₹40,000

Performance Incentives: Earn additional compensation for every published piece (cold campaigns, articles, insights). The more you ship, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

• Write cold emails that educate enterprise leaders about automation without the hype
• Develop thought leadership pieces explaining FEA, BPA 4.0, and AI ROI for executives
• Create "Did You Know" insights—surprising, data-backed facts that become talking points in board meetings
• Translate complex automation concepts into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
• Research industry trends and competitive positioning to write with authority
• Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to understand what works and iterate fast

Non-Negotiable:

• Strong copywriting portfolio (cold emails, articles, sales collateral, social media)
• Ability to explain technical concepts without jargon—focus on business outcomes
• Intellectual curiosity about AI, automation, and business transformation
• Coachable and receptive to feedback; you iterate fast
• Clear communicator

Nice to Have

• Experience writing about SaaS, AI, or B2B automation
• Familiarity with process automation or RPA
• Cold email or sales enablement background
