Business Analyst – AI & Enterprise Solutions
Job Location- Kochi, Kerala(on-site)
(Requires up to 30–40% travel to client sites in the UAE and Saudi Arabia for workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentations.)
Role
Business Analyst to bridge business needs and AI/ERP solutions, mainly in procurement and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze procurement (P2P) processes and identify improvements
- Work with technical teams on AI/automation solutions
- Create functional specs, process flows, and support testing
- Interact with clients and conduct workshops
Mandatory Key Skills:
- 4–7 years as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion or SAP/others)
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience in requirements gathering & documentation
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
