About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Inside Sales Coordinator

to join our business development team. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by supporting both new and existing B2B clients and managing inbound sales opportunities from start to finish.

You will support pre- and post-sales activities, work closely with Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers, and act as a key point of contact for inbound client inquiries.

A key focus of this role is owning the full sales cycle for inbound leads and small business accounts (under $10,000), independently managing the process from initial engagement through to closing, onboarding, and execution.

This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations teams to support the growth of our B2B business.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Sales Execution

Own and manage the full inbound sales process for small business accounts (- Support Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers with lead qualification, account management, and customer engagement activities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, assess customer needs, and determine the appropriate sales path (direct close or handoff to sales team)
  • Prepare and support account renewals, pricing updates, and customer documentation
  • Promote the full portfolio of B2B testing and service offerings to new and existing clients
  • Conduct customer intake conversations and ensure accurate onboarding of new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs can be operationalized

Sales Operations & Administration

  • Manage the B2B shared inbox, responding to client inquiries and resolving or escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate client records and pipeline data in Salesforce
  • Produce regular reporting on sales activity including pipeline, closed won/lost opportunities, and lead tracking
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives including campaigns, webinars, and outreach activities
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce processes, reporting standards, and sales tools
  • Collaborate with Operations and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing or service issues
  • Identify and flag inactive accounts for review and closure where appropriate

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, healthcare services, or a related environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); French is an asset
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills
  • Experience in inside sales, account coordination, or customer-facing roles preferred
