Operations Manager Evs

Summary

Summary: Responsible for coordination of job duties and assignments during the assigned shift. Acts as a liaison between housekeeping needs and issues. Directs EVS aides where needed and coordinates job functions and requests. Performs housekeeping tasks as needed. Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of LifeBridge Health.

Responsibilities: Ability to function appropriately in a team setting as an active team member. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate housekeeping activities to patients, other departments and staff. Answer telephone calls and pages. Preform required QA inspections and Patient Experience rounds.
