Life Design Analysis (LDA) is a cloud-based software designed for insurance carriers, distributors, and advisors to enhance sales and productivity. LDA aims to increase revenue, save time, and facilitate compliance while helping clients understand their insurance options. Role Description

This is a full-time role located in London, ON, with the flexibility to work from home. However, we require you to work onsite at least once per week. As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and enhancing customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Respond to inbound customer support inquiries.
  • Product training to offer product guidance to existing customers
  • Manage client relationships through regular check-ins
  • Uncover upsell opportunities and execute renewal conversations

Qualifications

  • Fluent in speaking French (Québécois preferred) and English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a start-up/fast-paced environment.
  • Technically savvy: comfortable with Excel and web-based tools such as CRM
  • Experience in the insurance industry or SaaS is an asset.
