Levitate’s Content Marketing department is seeking a dedicated content marketer to support the continued growth of our customized content offerings. Our unique approach centers around delivering high-quality, personalized email, social media, newsletter, and blog content at scale to small businesses and organizations across a variety of industries.
In this role, you will focus on creating customized B2B and B2C copy that informs, engages, and drives results for individual clients. You will also strategically refine and finalize visual deliverables produced by our freelance creators as needed, ensuring every piece we deliver is on-brand and able to connect our clients more deeply to their audiences.

Responsibilities
- Create original email, social media, blog, and newsletter copy from client-provided information, tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and voice
- Help bring our freelance designers' visual deliverables across the finish line, refining pieces as needed so they meet Levitate's quality standards and land well with clients
- Support teammates in handling ad hoc client requests, from making requested revisions to developing custom HTML newsletters
- Leverage our trained AI tools to work efficiently and strategically, streamlining production so you can devote more of your time to high-value creative work
- Manage a high volume of assignments across multiple clients, tracking and hitting deadlines in our project management system (ClickUp)
- Stay current on industry news and conduct vertical-specific research to surface relevant, timely topics for each client
Qualifications
- A strategic, thoughtful approach to SMB content marketing and communications, with at least a couple years of experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for design, especially when it comes to social media graphics
- Genuine enthusiasm for using AI models and tools as a creative and strategic asset, with experience applying them to content development as a big plus
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Natural curiosity and a desire to gain a deeper understanding of each of our verticals
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred but not required
