Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Assistant Manager to oversee and enhance the visual merchandising strategies across our [Mention Region] locations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional visual merchandising strategies that align with brand standards and drive sales.
- Lead and manage a team of Visual Merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the execution of VM directives, ensuring consistency and quality across all stores in the region.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, procurement, and quality control of VM materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for VM improvements and optimize store layouts.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess VM effectiveness and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Manage the VM budget for the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Provide regular reports on VM performance, including key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- 7 -15 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 3 years in Team Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team.
- Experience in vendor management, including negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to drive VM improvements.
- Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
