About The Role

We are hiring a Talent Advisor to support hiring for SSG in Bangalore. This role will handle end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical roles.

This position is ideal for someone who uses AI in day-to-day recruiting work to improve speed, quality, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle hiring from role intake to offer closure
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Source candidates using multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines
• Use AI tools to support sourcing, screening, outreach, and reporting
• Identify ways to improve recruiting efficiency using automation or simple AI workflows
• Track hiring progress and share updates with stakeholders
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Stay updated on market trends and new recruiting practices

Skills Experience

Must-have

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring
• Hands-on usage of AI tools in daily work (prompting, research, content creation, etc.)
• Basic understanding of AI concepts like automation and AI agents
• Ability to build or use simple AI-based workflows/tools
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Good-to-have

• Experience in a fast-paced or global environment
• Exposure to recruitment analytics or dashboards
• Interest in experimenting with new tools and improving processes
