Description and Requirements

We are looking for an experienced product manager, preferably with a services and insurance background. In this role, the product manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining services sold with Motorola branded smartphones. Our team members work from home, so you must have the right mindset and work ethic to be successful as a member of our team. We expect a product manager to be available and work from their home office during normal business hours.

What You’ll Do:

You will…

• Be responsible for developing and managing services for Motorola branded smartphones.
• *

Partner with the Mobile Business Group (MBG) and MBG Sales Enablement team to increase services attach rates.

• *

Be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with underwriting insurance partners.

• *

Lead cross-functional offer teams to ensure new / enhanced offer requirements are documented and understood.

• *

Set financial and volume objectives for the services you manage.

• *

Determine offer launch timing based on business needs and market impact.

• *

Contribute to the announcement strategy, integrating the value proposition for the services you manage into broader company and/or services announcements.

• *

Ensure readiness for all routes-to-market, driving sales enablement activities, such as internal/external communications, training, etc.

• *

Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine the service strategy.

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience
• *

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in or leading offer development efforts, preferrable at an IT hardware/services company or telecommunications company.
• *

Real-world experience at developing offers as a product manager.

• *

Ability to lead offer core teams and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

• *

Proven success as a work from home / remote product manager.

The base salary range budgeted for this position is CAD $105,000 – $137,000 annually. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
