Role Summary

We are hiring a Level 2 Network Support Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco technologies to support and manage enterprise network environments.

In this role, you will work on latest Cisco technologies and modern enterprise network architectures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across data, voice, and wireless networks in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and manage enterprise network environments using Cisco technologies
  • Deploy and support modern Cisco platforms including SDA, DNAC, ACI, ISE, and WLC
  • Design and manage wireless network architecture, including WLC operations and security implementation
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across routing, switching, firewall, and wireless networks
  • Manage provisioning, assurance, and automation services using Cisco DNA Center
  • Support voice technologies including Cisco Call Manager, voice gateways, and Webex
  • Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Manage BAU operations, lifecycle activities (patching, upgrades), and ensure SLA adherence

Must-have

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies (SDA, DNAC, ACI, ISE, WLC)
  • Expertise in routing, switching, SDN, VXLAN, and network security
  • Experience in wireless networks, WLC and Access Point troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of AAA, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, micro-segmentation
  • Experience managing firewall policies and enterprise security environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex network environments
  • Hands-on experience working with latest Cisco architectures and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage client expectations
  • Cisco CCNP certification (mandatory)
