Graphic Designer – Part-Time Contract | LegacyNex | 100% Remote

Some things can’t be left in a will. LegacyNex captures the voice, wisdom, and stories of the people who matter most — delivered as custom hardcover collections and audio recordings that families keep forever.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented graphic designer to join us on a part-time, project basis to handle collection layout and design production once interviews are complete and content is ready to go.

What you’ll do:

Take finalized written content and transform it into beautifully laid-out, print-ready collection files

Work within established brand guidelines while bringing warmth and care to every page

Coordinate on print specs and file preparation

Who you are

A recent graduate or working designer seeking meaningful part-time or contract work

Skilled with visual layout tools (experience with print production is a strong asset)

Someone who takes pride in thoughtful, refined design — not just getting it done

Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly on timelines

Comfortable signing an NDA — every client engagement at LegacyNex is held to the highest standard of confidentiality
