Job description
Imaging Endpoints (IE) is an Imaging Technology and Imaging Clinical Research Organization (iCRO). We are passionately focused on our vision to Connect Imaging to the CureTM. In addition to iCRO services, Imaging Endpoints also provides comprehensive Site Management Organization (SMO) services. We are based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; London, UK; Leiden, Netherlands; Basel, Switzerland; Hyderabad, India; and Shanghai, China. We are an affiliate of HonorHealth, one of the largest healthcare systems in the United States and Scottsdale Medical Imaging Limited (SMIL/RadPartners), the largest private radiology group in the United States. We operate in over forty countries globally and are recognized as the worlds largest and most preeminent iCRO in oncology. The Technical Writer I is primarily responsible for drafting, proofreading, copyediting, formatting, and quality review of documentation produced at Imaging Endpoints. This includes documents required for operational support of clinical trials, as well as those prepared for business development and administrative purposes. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining robust, well-controlled document templates that are required cross functionally throughout the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain documentation library of impeccable quality, including highly organized version control of key document templates Collaborate with subject matter experts to assist with maintaining procedures, contracts, technical specifications, and other documentation as required Review and copyedit content developed by other document collaborators Support the development of comprehensive responses to RFP/RFI questions Work closely with department leadership to understand the companys core service areas and incorporate new or revised document content where appropriate Carefully review input from internal document collaborators, ensuring that it is relevant and aligned with input from other team members and contractual agreements Proactively seek resolution to contrary or inaccurate document review feedback provided by others EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Life Science or other Healthcare discipline 2 years of experience as an effective technical writer in a healthcare related industry Hands-on experience with a commercial document management solution Proven ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on strict deadlines Proven ability to quickly learn, understand and explain complex topics Professional writing certification considered a plus SKILLS Exceptional writing, proofing, formatting, grammatical, and editing skills Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Superior attention to detail, particularly in written documentation Advanced user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal communication skills Service oriented approach, flexible, and proactive Self-driven, ability to get the job done with little supervision, can-do positive attitude Ability to excel in a team environment Ability to work in strict compliance with all procedures, rules, and regulations Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data, records, files, conversations, etc. Must be self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly IMAGING ENDPOINTS TEAM CHARACTERISTICS Passion to Connect Imaging to the CureTM and pursue a meaningful career by improving the lives of cancer patients through imaging Strong desire to be part of a dynamic, global team working closely together and growing year after year in a rewarding workplace to help humanity through imaging Commitment and caring for our fellow team members, their families, and the communities IE serves see more information about Caring Endpoints at Integrity and high ethical standards; we always do the right thing High intellect and ingenuity; we enjoy solving problems, finding a better way, and the challenge of making a difference by improving lives Structured, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; we approach each day with a detailed plan and excitement to accomplish the days objectives while striving to improve ourselves and IE Accountable; we do what we say and communicative effectively to meet deadlines; we enjoy advancing clinical trials, helping patients, and celebrating success High standard for excellence; we proof our own work, hold high standards for ourselves and our team, and always prioritize quality above all else PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
